Privacy Policy

Who we are

AI for Finance Leaders is operated by Prime AI Solutions ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB649703. Contact: info@primeai.solutions.

What we collect

• Account: your name and email. Sign-in and password security are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) — we never see or store your password.
• Profile: job title, company, sector, team size, your finance process/tool/ERP for personalisation, and how you heard about us.
• Learning: lessons completed, test results, notes, bookmarks, downloads, streak and progress points.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We store a record of the transaction (amount, date) but never your card details.
• AI interactions: text you submit to the in-lesson tools — questions to the study assistant, personalisation requests, practice-task attempts you write to be marked, and prompt-playground instructions — is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. Of these, only your practice-task attempts are stored (so we can show your feedback and track your progress); the others are used to generate the immediate response and are not retained by us. Please use illustrative or rounded figures in practice attempts rather than confidential company data.

Why we use it (legal basis)

• Contract: to provide the course you enrol in.
• Legitimate interests: to run, secure and improve the service.
• Consent: for marketing emails (opt-in, withdrawable any time).
• Legal obligation: to keep transaction records.

Who we share it with

We use the following processors, acting only on our instructions: Supabase (accounts, database and file storage, hosted in the UK), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (the AI assistants — prompts are sent to generate a response and are not used to train their models under our terms). We have data processing agreements in place with each. We do not sell your data.

International transfers

Your account database is hosted in the UK. Some of our processors are based in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by an approved safeguard — the UK–US data bridge (UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and/or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses — so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

Retention

We keep your account data and learning content (including your practice-task attempts) while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time (see below), which removes this data. Operational logs are kept for a limited period and then automatically deleted. Transaction records are kept for the legal/accounting periods we are required to observe. When you delete your account, residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before those backups age out.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can access, correct, export or erase your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Use Your data & account in your account settings to download or delete your data, or email info@primeai.solutions. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to us directly at info@primeai.solutions. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond as quickly as we can. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
