Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Prime AI Solutions ("we", "us"), the operator of this online course platform. By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
We provide online training courses (currently "AI for Finance Leaders", with more planned), including lessons, exercises, downloadable templates and AI-assisted study tools such as an in-lesson assistant, marked-practice feedback and a prompt playground. Some lessons are available as a free preview; full access to a course requires enrolment.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. An account is for one named person — do not share your login or transfer access. You must be old enough to enter a contract (18+). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
3. Access and payment
Paid enrolment is processed by Stripe; the price is shown at checkout. Access to the full course is granted once payment is confirmed and continues for as long as we offer that course to enrolled learners. We may update, improve or reorganise course content over time. If we ever have to retire a course, we will give reasonable notice to enrolled learners.
4. Your right to cancel and refunds
As a consumer buying digital content in the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel. Because access to the course begins immediately, when you enrol you agree that we may start providing it right away and you acknowledge that once you have started accessing the content you lose the automatic 14-day right to cancel for a refund. Separately from that legal right, if the course is not what you expected, contact us at info@primeai.solutions and we will deal with refund requests fairly and reasonably. Nothing here affects your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the course and its materials for your own professional learning. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share the course content or templates; attempt to bypass access controls or the free-preview limits; scrape or bulk-download the content; or misuse the AI tools — for example by trying to make them ignore their instructions, generate harmful content, or act outside the lesson they are bounded to. Please use illustrative or rounded figures in AI tools rather than confidential company data.
6. Intellectual property
The courses, their lessons, materials, templates and branding remain our intellectual property. On enrolment we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use them for your own professional use. Work you create using the tools (such as your practice attempts and prompts) belongs to you.
7. AI-assisted features
Some features use AI to generate feedback, examples and responses. AI output can be imperfect or occasionally wrong, and is provided to support your learning, not as a definitive answer. Your inputs to these tools are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Fair-use limits apply to keep the tools available to everyone.
8. Educational content only — not professional advice
The courses are educational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial or regulatory advice, and do not create a professional relationship. Any UK regulatory content is general information only. Verify anything you apply in your organisation with a suitably qualified professional.
9. Availability and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may carry out maintenance from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions you make based on the course content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Except where liability cannot be limited by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the course in question.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version here and, where changes are significant, notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms or your account: info@primeai.solutions.
